Works in Zurich's newest district.
PORR built another spectacular building in the immediate vicinity of Zurich's main station: a four-storey base and two six-storey towers on top of it.
The new building takes up the typologies of the surrounding buildings on Europaallee and at the same time appears independent. The ground and first floors contain around 3,000 m² of space for retail and gastronomy. On the eight floors above, around 12,000 m² of service and office space is available for flexible use. The two basement floors contain storage areas, car parking spaces and rooms for the building services.
The goal of achieving platinum certification according to DGNB by SGNI, the Swiss Society for Sustainable Real Estate Management, ensured a particularly sustainable approach in all project phases.

The new office and commercial space is located right next to the central railway station, giving it the best possible access to public transport.
With the building on construction site D, we have completed work on the Europaallee project.
