PORR has been commissioned to transform the historical building fabric of the ensemble into a modern building that meets today's demands for living and working. The existing buildings will be reduced to their primary structure of reinforced concrete with infill masonry and then supplemented with new elements (cores, stairs, walls, ceilings etc.).
