On behalf of VISIONAPARTMENTS, the Swiss market leader for customised temporary living, PORR is building a total of 316 serviced flats at Glattbrugg station by the end of 2022. The seven-storey, Z-shaped new building, consisting of three assembled wings, is around 60 m long and 48 m wide.
The height of the building above the ground is around 27 m.
In addition to flats, the building contains a restaurant, shops, wellness and conference areas.
Living and working in a prime location.
Future tenants will benefit from furnished flats and an optimal location directly at the Glattbrugg S-Bahn station and not far from Zurich Airport.
