Works on the SBB railway line.
In the course of this project, PORR cleaned and renovated the stonework along a 600m stretch of railway line. After cleaning, steel netting secured by tie anchors drilled into the rock was used to cover the whole face. Rail traffic remained unaffected throughout the works.
Free passage despite construction.
For five months, PORR worked to clean and secure the hillside along the railway line, while rail traffic remained unaffected throughout the entire process.
